12:00 – 13:00 Understanding all the individuals on your team (Creating a plan to understand, motivate, and develop each individual – developing your skills)

14:00 – 15:30 Developing a High Performance Team (Motivating, Empowering, and Supporting your team to enhance performance, creating an environment, vision, strategy and supportive culture)

15:30 – 16:30 Measuring Team Success (Keeping the momentum going, developing team roles, team action plans, and understanding the changing team dynamics)

16:30 Summary and Action Plans Agreed
