It provides an overview of employment legislation and the importance of good HRM practice through robust policies and procedures.
We review equality, diversity, inclusion and discrimination in the workplace and how HR can support performance management through effective monitoring, advising and maintaining HR systems.
The course explores the employee lifecycle and roles of HRM in the employment experience including employee engagement and factors which support employee well‑being, mental health and work-life balance.
