Course Overview
Covid-19 has decimated the traditional workday where we travel to a building or location at the beginning of the day then travel home early evening; and for many of us, all or some of our work is now done from home. While we find it relatively easy to make the operational transition to working at home, the unexpected side-effects can be feelings of isolation and loneliness. All of us now realise how vital the workplace and the daily interaction with colleagues are to our well-being.
This Masterclass looks at: practical ways you can take care of yourself and your well-being; healthy ways to work from home; how you can stay positive; simple ways to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation; how you can help and support others; stay productive; and how to be kind to yourself.
