Course Overview

Regardless of what position you hold in the hierarchy, if you have people management responsibility, you may well be facing new challenges within a virtual reality.

This course has been designed to maximise from the opportunities presented by remote and virtual working. By utilising research generated by Simon Sinek, Dr. Charles Handy and Dr Travis Bradberry we can:

Ensure positivity to engage morale, motivation and positive productivity
Ensure integrated rather than silo working
Quantify quality. For example 'Customer Focus' - defining what it looks like and why it matters
Address outcome over process - discussion on fundamentals that influence process - PESTLE factors
